Which are the payment methods?

• How do we make the exchanges and returns?

You can return your purchases for 14 days from the time you receive your order, being able to request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have sent us the e-mail to onebyselmaadam@gmail.com requesting the return, we will give you the necessary instructions so that you can send it correctly to our facilities.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the product and whether or not we have approved your refund.

The refund will be only for the value of the returned piece to which we will have to subtract our shipping costs.

You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of the item.

How to measure

Before buying the ring, you should know what your size is. If you already have a ring you can measure its diameter, as shown in the image.

If you do not have a ring on hand you can know the size of it by measuring the circumference of your finger, as shown in the image.

Once you have the measurement taken, check it with the table to know which ring to buy. If in doubt, if the measurement is between two scales, you should always choose the largest measurement.

• What is the maintenance and care of resin and wood articles?

The jewels made with resin and natural elements are durable and resistant, to preserve them as the first day I recommend some basic care:

• Occasionally clean them with a soft cloth to remove any traces of dust and other impurities, then with another impregnated with a little soapy water, clean and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use alcohol or other solvent, as this can damage the shiny surface.
• It is not recommended the contact with:
• Water: Avoid humidity, showers and excessive sweating.
• Chemicals: The resin is not chemical friendly, so keep it away from cleaning products like detergents, air fresheners, etc.
• Avoid directly spraying perfumes, deodorants, hairsprays, etc.
• Do not expose the shiny surface to the action of acetone. Contact with nail polish is very harmful.
• Heat sources: Avoid exposing parts to extreme heat sources or sunbathing with them.

• What to do if my jewel loses its shine?

• You can clean the piece with a cloth moistened with soapy water, dry and then gently rub with another one impregnated with olive oil or baby oil.
• For a more professional finish, wipe off the jewel surface with a cloth and then apply a thin layer of wax to polish a small area of ​​the surface. Spread and polish with a microfiber cloth.

• What is the maintenance and care of my item if it also contains wood?

• The treatment and care of a resin and wood jewel is the same as if it is only resin, with the difference that after cleaning it with a damp cloth you should let it dry naturally.
• It can also be polished with olive oil or baby skin care oil, or with polishing wax with a microfiber cloth.

• How to save and preserve the pieces?

In order for the jewel to be kept like new, it is advisable to store them when they are not used in boxes, sachets or in the original packaging to avoid being exposed to shocks, scratches, direct sunlight, humidity, extreme heat sources, etc.
